Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • South Africa: 7–15 business days

  • International Orders: 7–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, customs processing, and seasonal demand.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to become available.

Multiple Item Orders

Orders containing multiple items may occasionally arrive in separate packages to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

If this occurs, you will receive tracking information for each shipment where available.

Customs and Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.

Aura Active is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
