Refund policy
At Aura Active, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be attached and intact.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and health reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Shapewear
- Underwear
- Intimate apparel
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
These items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item and packaging
We will review your claim and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.
Exchanges
If you require a different size, colour, or product, please contact our support team. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Customers may be responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item was damaged upon arrival.
- The incorrect item was sent.
- The product is defective.
In these cases, Aura Active will cover the return shipping costs.
